Ah January… The month of health, fitness and new year’s resolutions.
I do set myself resolutions but I consider them more of ‘yearly goals’… Same thing really but without the negative connotations that seem to add pressure. That’s what I tell myself anyway!
Ahhh Christmas; snuggling, eating, lounging, dark evenings, advent calendars and getting merry. It’s pretty much the anti fitness month!
This month was the hardest so far.
I don’t really do things half heartedly so as I’ve started my fitness journey, my Christmas list this year is totally workout themed!
I totally have the same normal gripes with exercise as everyone else. I find it boring, I don’t like going to the gym, it’s hard to make time for it… If you experience these anti-exercise symptoms as well, then see if gymnastics could be for you!
During this month I overdid it a little bit… oops.
