10 little ways to improve your life

This is going to be a quick (but hopefully nice and helpful) one. Life has got a bit manic lately and completely stolen attention from my blog. I’m working towards my goals for 2018 and I’m trying to make little changes in regards to health and just generally pushing myself forward, out of my comfort zone. So here are a few ways to improve your life; some bigger than others but all perfectly achievable. Enjoy!

1  Drink more water

2  Eat more raw fruit and veg

3  Go for a 2 mile brisk walk in the morning

4  Read a book to the end

5  Turn your phone off for an afternoon

6  Learn a new skill

7  Call up an old friend

8  Go on a spontaneous adventure

9  Make some time for yourself without feeling guilty

10  Do something that scares you
