Vegan Gingerbread Dinosaurs

Gingerdino-header

What’s better than men? Dinosaurs, obviously.

This recipe is so simple, you’ll need very little equipment and they only take 20 minutes to bake so there’s no excuse to not try these, amiright? PLUS, they’re super yummy!

INGREDIENTS

2 and 1/4 cups plain flour
2 tablespoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 dark brown sugar
3/4 cup vegan butter
1/4 cup golden syrup

METHOD

1  Measure out ingredients and whap them all in a mixing bowl

2  Stir it up until it forms a dough

3 Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees

4 Sprinkle some flour on your worktop and roll out the dough until it’s approx 5mm thick

5  I don’t have a rolling pin so I just smushed it with my hands and it worked fine

6 Cut out your biscuit shapes. You don’t have to use dinosaurs but they’re the best so I don’t see why you wouldn’t

7 Grease your baking trays with butter and place your dinos on them

8  Whap them in the oven for 20 minutes

9 They should be slightly brown on the edges and soft and chewy in the middle. YUM.

This is my fave baking recipe at the moment so I’m going to try and adapt it to different cookie flavours.

Keep your eyes peeled for more dinosaur flavours!
